ZappyChat sunsets at midnight for all users. Until then, it remains unchanged.

What does this mean for Lifetime/Council ZappyChat subscribers?
CloseBot will honor all subscriptions purchased from ZappyChat.
Do I need to move to CloseBot right away?
No, you can continue using ZappyChat until it sunsets on December 31, 2025. We’re giving you time to make the transition to CloseBot smoothly.
Who do I pay moving forward?
No need to make any updates. Your billing remains the same and will simply move to CloseBot on the backend.
When will CloseBot access be available?
Current ZappyChat customers will be able to activate their CloseBot account Monday, June 9, 2025.
Do I need to create a new CloseBot account?
In just a couple of days, a button will appear inside your ZappyChat account at app.zappychat.com. You’ll simply click that button to link your ZappyChat account with CloseBot.
I created a CloseBot account, but it defaulted to the free plan. What should I do?
No need to delete the account! Simply link your ZappyChat and CloseBot accounts when the button is available in app.zappychat.com.
What happens if I already signed up for CloseBot using the link provided?
If you signed up before the button appears, your account will default to the free plan. Once the button is available on Monday, link your account to transition to the correct plan.
Will our existing ZappyChat bots and workflows work with CloseBot?
No, you’ll need to create new bots in CloseBot. Don’t worry, you have 6 months to do this, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way as you migrate.
Can Closebot handle complex multi-step processes and workflows?
Yes and No. CloseBot does not use GHL workflows, but instead uses a more streamlined drag-and-drop Job Flow builder within the platform. While you’ll need to recreate your workflows, the transition will allow for improved performance.
Will CloseBot handle integrations like ZappyChat’s webhooks?
CloseBot supports integrations, but you may need to set them up again. We’ll provide support to help you with this process.
Can CloseBot respond to images?
Yes, CloseBot is designed to process image-based input and provide responses accordingly.
Will I have to recreate my prompt?
No, because CloseBot does not use prompts. This allows for an easier, more seamless process.
Can CloseBot book on to multiple calendars?
Yes
How will I migrate all of my FAQs to CloseBot?
Export your current FAQs to a CSV file and upload to the Knowledge Library in CloseBot.
